Kyle is Thomas Kanata’s Director, Operations - Southern Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario, bringing 20 years of industrial experience and 12 years of dedicated service with the company. A ticketed Journeyman who began his career on the tools, Kyle now leads from an operational and strategic standpoint, bridging the gap between the field and the office. His firsthand understanding of site realities informs clear decision-making, accurate planning, and effective coordination across projects.

In his role, Kyle oversees project execution, progress tracking, reporting, and operational planning, ensuring alignment between schedules, budgets, and field performance. His strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and practical insight support consistent delivery, accountability, and quality across all Thomas Kanata projects. Kyle’s transition from the tools to the office brings credibility, clarity, and stability to the company’s day-to-day operations.
