Dean McDonald is a senior safety leader with over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector. As Director of HSSE at Thomas Kanata Inc., he provides strategic leadership across safety management systems, regulatory compliance, reporting, and field execution. An NSCO-qualified safety professional, Dean brings a unique operational perspective shaped by his 15-year career as an RCMP officer. Known for his approachable leadership style, he works closely with executive leadership, clients, and field teams to foster open communication, trust, and accountability—supporting safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery while actively promoting a “Safety 24/7” culture across the organization.
